ABOUT ME

Hi, I’m Murphy – and I’m so glad you’re here! I’m a Registered Dietitian (RD) who’s all about helping you find joy and balance with food in a way that works for you. Whether you want to heal your relationship with food, support your gut health, utilize nutrition to manage a health condition, or simply learn more about nutrition, you've come to the right place!

I combine evidence-based nutrition with a compassionate, real-world approach. My goal is to help you reconnect with your body’s needs and build sustainable habits that truly fit your life to help you feel your best.

 

A little more about me: I earned my M.S. in Food Science and Human Nutrition from Colorado State University, then completed my Dietetic Internship with the Department of Veterans Affairs in Aurora, CO. I was born and raised in Charlotte, NC, and graduated from UNC Chapel Hill with B.A. degrees Exercise & Sport Science and Psychology, plus a minor in Spanish for the Medical Professions.

These little bites are SO GOOD! They're loaded with macros and whole ingredients but taste like desserts! You can taste the real lemon in the lemon poppyseed balls and get notes of warm spice in the carrot cake flavor. We've been eating them out of the freezer which makes them even more dessert-y!
